This document must be filled out in its entirety and submitted to KME by the selling dealer, body builder or end user. Registration is a prerequisite to the warranty being validated. Failure to properly register will limit warranty coverage payment consideration toward repairs until the registration process is completed. Please note this form is used for multiple product limited warranty registrations and the form title does not refer to any specific limited warranty.
