NESQUEHONING, Pa. – Oct. 16, 2023 – KME, a subsidiary of REV Group, Inc., and a leading manufacturer of fire apparatus, is pleased to announce San Bernardino County (California) has placed an order for four custom 4×2 pumpers and one custom 4×4 pumper. These new vehicles will join the existing fleet of more than 50 KME® units currently in service within the county.

Covering an impressive area of 20,160 square miles, San Bernardino County is the largest county in the continental United States. It encompasses extremely diverse environments ranging from the Los Angeles County line on the west, to the Colorado River on the east, and extends to the Nevada State line and Kern and Inyo counties on the north.
